I saw it: in the theater, yesterday
Synopsis: super-powered “mutants” engineer the Cuban missile crisis
Special effects/design: I can’t help noticing that no one involved in making this movie gives a fuck that it’s supposed to be set in 1962. On the plus side, when the design is so mediocre, it’s harder to care that the special effects are bad.
Music: Again: 1962 anyone? Anyone? No?
Subjective Rating: 6/10 (Okay, ). Brainless, but fun. I’d be interested in a sequel and/or prequel, X-Men Origins: Azazel Just Drops People Out Of The Sky For Two Hours.
